・Management duties at a comprehensive food manufacturer (bread, rice products, dairy, delivery, school meals, etc.) ・Shift management and operational supervision at factories or cooking centers ・Provide guidance and support to Filipino staff ・Monitor work progress, ensure food quality and workplace safety ・Manage food supply for school lunch programs, directly operated stores, and delivery services ・Report to management regarding operations and staffing

・Shift-based system, 8 hours per day ・Some shifts start as early as 5:00 AM

・Two days off per week (days off vary by schedule)
