● Engage in construction work for wooden houses or wooden non-residential buildings (such as welfare facilities, kindergartens, and stores). ● Assemble wooden structural frames on completed foundations, including columns, beams, and roof base frameworks. ▼ Main worksite: wooden detached houses ・Work is performed in teams of 3–5 members, usually completed in 1–2 days. ▼ Increasing number of wooden non-residential projects ・Work in teams of 5–8 members (team size may vary depending on project scale). ・Each project is typically completed within 1 week to 1–2 months. ＊Responsible for the entire process from framework construction to structural inspection. Once you have mastered the workflow and skills, you may also be assigned tasks such as process management and on-site supervision. You will also participate in meetings with Japanese site supervisors and may be responsible for managing foreign staff and coordinating with supervisors.
